Has anyone had any experience of transferring funds to a non-HE collaborator in Cuba and can offer advice as to how this was managed in your institution?

As I understand independent non-HE organisations that aren’t affiliated with the Cuban Government are classed as ‘private enterprises’ and have bank accounts registered in the name of their Directors rather than the organisation. This is causing some issues with payment as it is viewed as contracting and individual, rather than an organisation. Has anyone experienced the same predicament and can offer any advice as to how you overcame it?
