Event Details

We are delighted to announce that Dr Pragya Agarwal, author of Sway: Unravelling Unconscious Bias will be joining us on Wednesday 8th July at 8pm.

The session will be introduced and chaired by ARMA Director and Legal Counsel at Versus Arthritis, Sapna Marwaha.

In the first part of the session, Pragya will be talking to Sapna about the sector response to the recent BLM which has raised a lot of challenging and necessary conversations across institutions.  This conversation will cover a range of issues, including tackling unconscious bias, creating more inclusive workplaces and how we can all be better leaders in this environment.

There will also be time for your questions at the end, questions which can be submitted during the session via the chat function, or  in advance by sending them to events@arma.ac.uk.

As always with our Directors’ Forum events, Chatham House Rules will apply.   We are happy for you to share this invitation with senior colleagues who may not be a Director of Office but are supporting the response within your own organisation.  We appreciate that race is a sensitive topic and we will not be making a recording of the event.

This event is free for ARMA members and there is a nominal charge of £60 +VAT for non-members.
