The Post Award arena is variable with every institution’s structures and resources differing, meaning it can differ at every institution. With seemingly increasing requirements from funders, institutions and academic researchers, ensuring that you are able to meet the demands of supporting research grants can be challenging.

In this webinar, our panel will share post award processes from their different institutions. They will describe how post award research support is structured and delivered, explain how they were able to develop these and the journey involved. The Panel will provide insight into the benefits and challenges of the processes that they have developed and how they have bedded in.

Participants will then have the opportunity to explore these processes with the speakers and also consider how they might be able to apply some of what they have learned.

Whether you are looking to revisit your post award processes with a strategic end to end review or to improve the way you and/or your team does things, participants will gain an insight into the change process, factors that support success and the challenges that they may face.

(Please note that we will not be going into detail about the information systems that we use, but we will describe these as part of the tools we use to support post award in our settings.)
