Ian is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Bristol studying human behaviour in the context of evolutionary history.  Together with Professor Rachel Gooberman-Hill, Ian has funding from Wellcome Institutional Strategic Fund looking at EDI outcomes in pre award processes.
