Seeking Event Leads for Training and Development Programme

We have 2 event lead volunteer positions available to support us in delivering two of our core workshops:

• EDI in the research funding landscape 
• Research contracts 

As an Event Lead you be responsible for updating (where required) and refining our current course material, while ensuring exceptional learning outcomes for our participants through the successful promotion and delivery of these workshops. 

Specifically your responsibilities will include: 

• Updating and Adapting Course Material: Review and if required, enhance our existing course material. We value innovation and are eager to incorporate fresh perspectives into our training programmes. 
• Refining Learning Outcomes: Help shape the future of these workshops by refining the learning outcomes to meet the evolving needs of our participants. 
• Recruiting Additional Speakers: Identify and recruit relevant experts to enrich our events. By bringing in diverse voices, you will create a vibrant learning environment and provide invaluable insights to our attendees. 
• Lead the delivery of the workshops. 

You don’t need to be a member and we welcome expressions of interest from all individuals passionate about training and development. Full administration support will be provided by ARMA’s executive office and all speakers will receive a small honorarium payment, full training and guidance in acknowledgement for their time.
