Spring has finally arrived! Hopefully most of us will be managing to take some time off this summer. That might mean just keeping the laptop switched off and stashed away for a while and maybe spending a little more time outside. Maybe, this year, the long-awaited holiday will actually happen!

For some, it may be a time to reflect on what has probably been the most bizarre and uncomfortable period in our lives. But life is returning to normal now, and we can start to plan our futures again. It’s worth reflecting on where you want to be and how you’re going to get there. It’s worth reflecting on what you know, and what you need to know.

We think our Qualifications programme can help here. It allows you to have your existing knowledge validated by a third party for which you will receive independent recognition, and yes, a real Qualification. And it will help shape what you need to know, depending on the level you wish to take your career to. It will help structure your learning, provide you with coaching and allow you to record your new knowledge in an applied manner.
