ARMA UK launches search for new Head of Programmes

To enable us to deliver on our exciting ambition, we are looking for a Head of Programmes to join our newly appointed Chief Executive and Head of Membership Engagement.

This role will help enable us to build new partnerships that expand our network for the benefit of our members, seeking out collaborators who share our values and will work with us to advance our mission. We also want to provide a platform for members to establish and grow their networks, sharing knowledge to benefit our UK and international RMA communities.

We are looking for an inclusive manager to develop and deliver the strategic programmes and projects that ARMA either leads or is involved in as a partner. ARMA is committed to maintaining and developing strategic partnerships with several organisations including Government departments, research funders and sister associations, in the UK and overseas.

You will enable ARMA to grow its portfolio of projects and professional development activity, to ensure that such growth responds directly to member need, to complete the new ARMA leadership team.
