The National Security and Investment Act entered into force in January 2022. The Government is currently consulting on the impact of the system and whether the scope and requirements of the system are proportionate and effective. ARMA would be keen to hear views from across the sector to determine whether to make a response to the call for evidence, and if so to inform that response.
