Silke is founding director of 4Sciences Group Ltd, a UK-based HE consultancy firm. Silke is working with universities, research funders and policy makers globally, supporting the whole research lifecycle and institutional development. She has more than 25 years of experience in organisational & strategy development, creating governance & policy frameworks, developing funding portfolios and research support structures.  Silke is also a doctoral researcher at the International Centre for Higher Education Management, ICHEM, University of Bath and has a keen interest in supporting emerging research institutions and equitable partnerships internationally.
