Registration for ARMA 2025 is now open

Registration is now open for ARMA 2025, taking place on 17–19 June 2025 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) in the heart of Scotland’s stunning capital city. ARMA members can take advantage of an early bird discount until Friday 18 April 2025. 

Next year’s conference promises to be an unmissable experience, offering exceptional opportunities for networking, sharing good practices, and engaging discussions on a wide range of topics relevant to the research management community. Featuring plenary sessions, breakout discussions, poster presentations, and a commercial exhibition, ARMA 2025 is designed to inspire and equip professionals across the sector. 

On the evening of Tuesday 18 June, the Gala Dinner will be a highlight of the event, taking place at the National Museum of Scotland and featuring the prestigious ARMA Awards and a traditional Scottish Ceilidh—a lively evening of music and dance you won’t want to miss!

Note for Abstract Submitters: If you have submitted an abstract in response to our call for sessions, please wait to book your place until the outcome is announced on 31 January 2025. Selected session speakers will receive a reduced conference ticket for the full event.
