About the Session:
This informal and engaging session will introduce the concept of reverse mentoring, what it is, how it’s implemented at Imperial College London, and the motivations behind its launch. Jane will share key outcomes and insights from the programme, followed by an open Q&A.
Following Jane’s presentation, we will then explore how reverse mentoring can be adapted by other institutions to support the development of inclusive leadership, with a particular focus on empowering colleagues who identify as Black and Ethnic Minority.
