ARMA Train the Trainer programme

This week marks the conclusion of the ARMA Train the Trainer programme delivered by The Collective, bringing to a close a highly engaging and valuable development opportunity for our volunteer Training & Development trainers, Qualifications trainers and SIG Champions.

The sessions provided dedicated space for trainers to strengthen their practice, reflect on their role, and connect with peers from across the ARMA community. As well as developing individual skills and confidence, the programme created opportunities to network, share experiences and exchange best practice across different areas of ARMA delivery.

Across the programme, participants explored a range of topics designed to support effective, inclusive and impactful training, including:

• Building a positive learning climate
• The role of the trainer
• Psychological safety
• Inclusive training design

We would like to thank all of our volunteer trainers who took the time to attend and actively contribute to the sessions. Their commitment to their development will play a vital role in ensuring the continued quality, consistency and inclusivity of ARMA’s training and qualifications offer.
