• Each job listing is valid for one vacancy. Separate listings must be submitted for multiple vacancies.

• Job listings will remain live for 30 days from the date of publication, or until the advertised closing date if this occurs earlier. Any promotional activity associated with the vacancy will take place during this period only.

• Job listings must be submitted via our online form. We aim to publish listings within one working day of submission. To help us process your vacancy as quickly as possible, please ensure all required information is provided when submitting your listing. Incomplete submissions may result in delays to publication.

• Job listings are text-only and may be edited to comply with ARMA’s website style guide. Employer logos may be displayed where provided.

• ARMA provides the Jobs Board as a platform for advertising vacancies and does not verify or endorse individual employers, organisations or job opportunities advertised.

• Employers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided within a job listing is accurate, complete and up to date.

• ARMA reserves the right to decline or remove any job listing that does not align with the purpose of the Jobs Board, contains inaccurate or misleading information, or may adversely affect ARMA’s reputation.
