Betty Woessner is Research Impact and Planning Manager at University of East London.

She was previously Research Systems and Data Manager for University of the Arts, London where she worked on the REF and led on the implementation of the Research Data Management Policy for the University creating a Research Data Repository and developing training in Data Management for the arts and the writing of Technical Plans and Data Management Plans for funding proposals. She also has a number of years experience in Research Management working at institutions such as Queen Mary, University of London, the Society for Research into Higher Education and the International Astronautical Federation.

Betty holds an MA in Arts Management from Birkbeck University of London and undergraduate degrees from UAL and UCLA.
