
Elizabeth Garcha is the Research and Innovation Development Manager for the Culture theme at the University of Leeds. Her role focuses on supporting interdisciplinary work, within and across the Culture theme, with a particular focus on supporting the development of large interdisciplinary research grants. Previously Elizabeth’s roles have focused on research impact, knowledge exchange and partnership working including roles at the Economic and Social Research Council and the universities of York and Sheffield. Elizabeth has particular experience in relation to REF impact, evidencing impact, and impact strategy. She was previously the ARMA Impact Special Interest Group Champion for three years, alongside Julie Bayley.
