I did discover these forums last week as I’m new to the role and ARMA in general so was having thorough explore. The issue seems to me creating a new habit to check the forums. Turning on email updates for posts could help, but then we’re still getting many emails in so it doesn’t really solve the issue. I’d imagine people wouldn’t check the website too often (what with time demands on checking Twitter etc each day now too) even if it was part of their habits, so responses might be slower than email too.

I’ve got a divert rule to a folder for the SIG emails as well and can just dip in easily that way.
