1. How to Start Using AI

Explore practical entry points for deploying AI in law. Drawing from leadership-focused AI MBA initiatives taught at Simple Academy , we’ll cover strategic adoption, stakeholder readiness, and low‑code tools for fast integration—no advanced technical skills needed.

2. Responsible Use

AI opens unprecedented capability—but also critical ethical and legal concerns. Based on Richard Nicholas’s recent guidance outlining transparency, bias mitigation, human oversight, and governance structures, this session will focus on how to employ AI ethically and responsibility.

3. AI and the Law

Richard Nicholas, Partner at Browne Jacobson and a seasoned expert in tech law—covering outsourcing, data protection, e‑commerce, and AI‑related legal frameworks—will lead a discussion on the legal implications of AI tools. Topics include liability, contract drafting for AI, data transfers and ensuring that AI usage complies with evolving statutory and regulatory standards.
