The Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA) will join us to host two interactive webinars on its funding model. Created by an Act of Parliament and sponsored by the Department for Science, Innovation, and Technology, ARIA funds projects across the full spectrum of R&D disciplines, approaches, and institutions. Both sessions will feature ARIA’s Chief Financial and Operations Officer, Director of Procurement and Contracts, Principal Lawyer, and Director of Programme Finance. They will run as follows and attendees are to requested to join both sessions:
Introducing ARIA: our funding model (part 1)
Friday 11 October, 13:00 – 14:00
This first session will introduce ARIA as a funding body. The ARIA team will share more about the organisation’s background and place within the R&D ecosystem, its funding model, approach to intellectual property, and the intricacies of costs.
Introducing ARIA: interactive Q&A (part 2)
Monday 28 October, 11:00 – 12:00
The ARIA team will host an audience Q&A to expand on areas discussed in the first session.
