The qualification has been designed for senior research managers who have recently taken on new leadership responsibilities or are aspiring to reach leadership level in the near future. The focus on the qualification is on strategic-level issues, and provides the opportunity for participants to acquire and demonstrate the sector knowledge and strategic aptitude required for leadership.
