In our current Strategic Plan 2018-2020, ARMA’s Board pledged to ‘gather and review information on the protected characteristics of our members and use it to inform ARMA activity’ and ‘to promote equality and diversity throughout our governance structures’.

To help deliver these pledges, the Board set up an Equality Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Group last year, led by our former Chair, Steph Bales, and we are delighted to announce that we are now ready to launch our draft EDI Policy for consultation amongst our members.

Join us on Wednesday 15 July at 12pm to hear more about our new Policy and how you can engage with it. As we want to ensure that this is so much more than just another document, we’ll be announcing a programme of activities which will start to breathe life into our new policy. We’re hoping that you may be able to offer suggestions too, so do join us if you can!
