The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and ARMA would like to invite all interested ARMA members to their second joint study tour. The focus of this session will be an overview of the lifecycle of a grant application. The ESRC would like to empower research managers and administrators to give the best possible advice to prospective applicants on topics such as how to embed impact in a grant application and how to respond to common queries surrounding the application process. We will also explain the different stages of assessment, how we source and how much we value our assessors.

The session will include an overview presentation, followed by a Q&A session to help address any queries and to enable discussion with a variety of experienced staff and ESRC Grants Assessment Panel members.
