Event Details

The Medical Research Council (MRC) and ARMA would like to invite ARMA members to this study tour webinar on 16 October 2025.

MRC is a research council within UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), MRC funds world-leading discovery and translational research to accelerate diagnosis, advance treatment and prevent human illness.

This interactive virtual study tour will introduce MRC as a funder and focus on common issues and questions that occur throughout our funding processes, including application, assessment, award and post-award.  We will summarise recent changes and introduce you to what’s coming up. We will be using this opportunity to get your feedback on how we engage with you.

We will cover how MRC is using the UKRI Funding Service (TFS) and enhancements MRC hopes to take advantage of in application, assessment and award, however TFS will not be a major focus, or something we can comment in detail on at this event.

There will be live Q&A sessions on the day, and you can use this padlet to give your questions and comments in advance.

This study tour is suitable for all ARMA members, particularly those with an interest in grant administration and funding policy.
