Following on from the successful meeting in April, a further session is being arranged to further examine the audit requirements for Research Excellence Framework (REF).

The event is intended for those involved in managing REF and open access on a day-to-day basis, as well as those evidencing Impact with a view to sharing best practice and gaining a common interpretation of the guidance.

As with the previous session, the topics discussed will be driven by those attending but it is expected to cover:

• Generic audit requirements and process
• Staff details and staff circumstances
• Outputs
• Open Access
• Impact
• Environment Data

Questions and comments from the group will be fed back to representatives of Research England REF team who we have been in dialogue with.

Attendees should bring key issues and specific examples to discuss.
