Wellcome Trust Discovery Research programme provides funding opportunities across fields, disciplines and career stages to generate new knowledge that could transform health in ways we can’t always anticipate today. Population and Public Health (PPH) is one of the subject areas funded by Discovery Research. This event aims to present the Discovery Research schemes for PPH researchers and discuss concerns and opportunities for PPH research funding.

This event is preceded by a survey circulated among ARMA members to better understand their perceptions of the Discovery Research funding schemes for the PPH community. Participation in the survey is not required to register for the event.
