Event Details

In this interactive webinar we introduce the work undertaken by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Secure Research Service (SRS) Impact team to discuss how we approach gathering insight and impact from research undertaken with the controlled data we provide access to.

The SRS works with hundreds of quantitative researchers across sectors, training them to become accredited, facilitating the accreditation of research projects and approving their publication outputs from our controlled data environment, so they do not disclose identitiesOur insights and impact teams gather outputs and impact from the research to facilitate reporting on the delivery of public good elements, and we work with SRS researchers to cocreate impact stories and case studies.

Our team is seeking to build stronger relationships with our academic users and their institutions. This session will allow us to discuss ways in which we work together to can help institutions accelerate impact of research using ONS data. Part of our role is to create further opportunities for knowledge exchange and capacity building this impact-public good space.

If you are a research manager charged with accelerating impact from research in your institution, do join us for an informative and exciting session. We will run the session online and use break out rooms to bring our ideas together.
