Alicen Nickson is an experienced leader specialising in research and innovation management.  Alicen began her RMA career in research development.  She is currently Director of Research and Innovation at Cranfield University supporting the development and delivery of Cranfield’s research and innovation strategies and leading the Research and Innovation professional service.  Alicen is a member of the ARMA Membership Engagement Committee, Chair of the AMRA Editorial Working Group and she is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Research Management and Administration and is actively involved in supporting the development of the profession through national and international associations.
