Alisha over fifteen years’ experience of research and programme management. Alisha currently manages a large team of Impact Officers and Coordinators and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve research impact outcomes for Northumbria University. Alisha is passionate about impact and helping others to develop strategies to normalise impact as part of a good research culture. She is a Co-Lead of the Impact Special Interest Group for the Association for Research Managers and Administrators (ARMA UK).
