
| Cat Button is a Lecturer of Global Urbanisms in the School of Planning and Architecture at Newcastle University and a member of the Global Urban Research Unit. Her key research focus is urban responses to environmental issues, particularly in Asian cities. This folds together a diverse range of topics and approaches springing from an interdisciplinary background in architecture, environmental studies and human geography. Her work is in fields of infrastructural urban theory; climate change governance; development geography; and environmental everyday practices. |
