Chris has over 15 years of experience in various research support roles at several UK universities. He is currently the Head of Research and Business Engagement in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at the University of Manchester. Chris leads a research office team with diverse functions, including research development, business engagement, Research Services, and the Doctoral Academy. He is committed to professional development and contributes to ARMA’s Training and Development Working Group, where he helps deliver workshops, identify training gaps, and develop new content to support the research management community.
