Clare Edwards is Head of Research and Partnership Development at the University of Leicester and has previously worked at Loughborough University and De Montfort University. She has also worked in several consultancies developing innovation focused funding applications with industry for European funding. Clare has over 15 years of experience supporting research grant applications, primarily in the sciences, but has worked on applications for a wide range of funders through her work on the Global Challenges Research Fund. She is particularly enthusiastic about the development of others and using her experience to support the people that she works with.
