Cliona works at the University of Sheffield as Institutional Impact Co-ordinator. She utilises her experience as a bench researcher and a health & safety background to build a strong impact culture. She works with the HEI sector and with funders to provide the university with advice to support the development of impact strategies (for and beyond REF) and to promote best practice.
