Dr. Caroline Mrozla-Toscano is a trauma-informed higher education specialist who has worked in a variety of higher ed institutions throughout her career. Her interests include EDI, neurodivergence, and trauma-informed practice. Her education includes a doctorate in educational psychology from the University of Minnesota.
