Gearóid Maguire (he/him) is the Culture, Equity Diversity and Inclusion (CEDI) Practice Manager within Wellcome Trust. Gearóid leads on a range of external programmes and projects to make Wellcome a more inclusive funder, where those we fund are more representative of the global population. He was previously based in Wellcome’s Research Funding department where he led on developing and delivering training programmes and supporting our external community. Gearóid was also a member and co-chair of the Wellcome Race Equity (staff) Network.
