Jennifer is Director of the Research and Innovation Office at Loughborough with responsibility for a wide range of research and innovation strategy, policy and support services including research grants and contracts, research systems, research quality and REF, research policy, research and partnership development and IP management. 

Jennifer was on the ARMA Board of Directors since 2016 and was Director of Training & Development before undertaking a year as Chair Elect and then becoming Chair of the Association from 1st August 2020 to 31 July 2023. Jennifer is committed to the professionalisation and recognition of the research management and administration sector, and to improving the way in which we work together across the sector. Jennifer continues to support ARMAs work on due diligence and Trusted Research and no represent ARMA in national and international fora on these topics.
