Ray is a successful and dynamic corporate project manager with a proven track record in delivering major, cross partner and multi-funded programmes of work to deliver and exceed targets. Working with regional partners and stakeholders successfully Ray has developed bespoke regeneration programmes including the Enterprise Centre Network, Natural Assets Programme and West Midlands Renewable Energy Programme. He has developed and implemented the Regional Monitoring Framework and proactively managed a £10m/annum economic regeneration programme exceeding strategic objectives. Ray is a strong team professional who is well connected at the most senior levels including within Government, who can develop a vision, a clear sense of purpose and motivate a team to deliver success. He also has considerable Board level experience and possesses a track record of building and managing relationships and achieving desired outcomes including the marshalling of resources to catalyse change.
