Applications now open for ARMA’s annual mentoring programme

Exclusive to members, ARMA’s extremely popular Mentoring Programme is now open for applications. Those interested in being either a mentor, mentee or peer to peer mentor are invited to complete an online application form, and our Mentoring Working Group will then create matches, based on particular areas of interest, development needs and particular circumstances and learning styles. The mentoring pairs will then work together for 9 months to support the mentees professional/career development needs.

Mentor/mentee and peer to peer pairs will be expected to meet at least three times over the course of the scheme, proportionate to the mentoring goals agreed; meetings can take place either virtually or in person as agreed within each pair.

The virtual Induction session for mentors and mentees will take place on Thursday 8th October 2025 (10am – 11am). The virtual Induction session for peer-to-peer mentors will take place on Wednesday 14th October 11am – 12pm. Please hold this date in your diary, as all pairs will be required to attend. At the induction session, mentors and mentees will be introduced to each other and have the opportunity of discussing their needs and requirements, as well as receive hints and tips on how to get the most out of a mentoring relationship. The mentoring relationship will run from October 2026 to the end of June 2027.
