ARMA seeks new Director!

As agreed by this year’s Annual General Meeting, we are seeking to appoint a new Board Member/ Director to replace Jenni Stergiou, who is required to stand down for the period of one year before taking on the role of ARMA Chair from 1^st August 2020.

ARMA’s Board is made up of up to ten members of the Association, selected for their specific experience, knowledge and skills. Collectively, and as individual Directors, these members are responsible for the governance of the Association, financial management, and compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. The Board is also responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Association, ensuring that member interest remains at the core.

While we are not seeking to appoint a Director with a specific portfolio, we would welcome applicants with a knowledge of, or background in, learning and development or EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) issues.
