Call for Mentors Now Open – Deadline 28 Aug

Following very positive feedback on the mentoring schemes that ran in 2019-20 and 2020-21, we plan to launch a new round of the ARMA mentoring programme in 2020-21. It is anticipated that in 2020-21 the programme will be completely online and that mentor-mentee pairs will interact virtually.

At this stage we are issuing a call for mentors. We would be interested to hear from colleagues who work in the Research Management & Administration field (in any area) and would be willing to share their knowledge, skills and expertise with someone who has less experience. The mentoring role is not just for ARMA members in very senior positions; we would love to hear from anyone who would like to be involved in a mentoring relationship irrespective of the type of job role currently held.

We anticipate that mentor-mentee pairs will be matched in October and ARMA will host a virtual Induction session for mentors and mentees in November. The mentoring relationship would run from November 2020 to July 2021.
