Document management/email sharing solutions

Hi All

Does anyone use any form of document management and/or email sharing system within their contracts team? We’re looking at some potential options at the moment and it would be great to hear of any experiences/advice – good, bad or indifferent.

Hi Paul,

We tend to use delegate access in Outlook to share ongoing matters. We have the Worktribe system for workflow management and storing key documents (basically just fully signed pdfs).

We have tried to make the case for a full document management system before but it’s struggled to get traction.

I’ve used one of the GoPro.net systems at a previous institution was was a bit clunky but had good document management and allowed shared access to emails.

At Kent, we are using a combination of Outlook functionality, Sharepoint, a shared drive and Converis by Clarivate non of which are really ideal.

Similar to Sapna, a request for full document management system is falling on deaf ears at the moment.
