    Dear all,

I trust everyone is well. I have been tasked with a mission from my Dean for Research to find out what process Faculties/Colleges are running to distribute PGR scholarships in their institutions. For example, in my faculty (HSS – Humanities and Social Sciences) we have 20 PhD scholarships to give away that are funded from a faculty budget. We set the deadline for individual academics schools/divisions, when we want to receive their nominations. Schools will run their own selection processes before that. Once faculty receives the nominations, we will set a panel and assess those applications. The panel will decide on those successful applications and will inform the schools.

We are looking to change this process, and trying to find out what others are doing. Would you be able to share your experience ?

    Many thanks!

    Aurelija
