Paragraph 52 of the July 2017 RCUK Training Grant Guide makes RC students entitled to 50 weeks’ shared parental leave. Our view is that this would only apply where both parents are RC students – on the basis that otherwise there isn’t anything to share….
Does anyone have an alternative interpretation?
