On 1st May 2024, an engaging joint SIG drop-in session on research integrity took place. At least 40 colleagues were on the call. Alan Campbell, Research Security and Compliance Manager from University of Edinburgh, opened as the introductory speaker. He talked about what Edinburgh is doing in the Trusted Research space. After Alan’s intro, several research managers shared their real-world experiences, including Aberdeen, West of Scotland and Sussex. It is clear that everyone is at different stage in their journey in implementing Trusted Research and that we can all learn from each other. Participants agreed to exchange best practices and discuss new trends in research integrity. All in all, it was a highly informative session that offered valuable insights and fostered a sense of community among the attendees.
