Message from our Metrics SIG

Since launching our “Three things you’d like your metrics suppliers to know” survey, we’ve had a number of independent approaches from metrics suppliers saying that they’re eagerly awaiting the results, ready to act!  Unfortunately, we’ve had a really low response rate so far.  Either everyone is completely happy with the way things are, or are really busy!  So far, the average completion time for the survey is only 5 minutes.
