Due diligence in international research project – findings and recommendations
Event Details
In October 2019 ARMA commenced the ‘Due Diligence in International Research’ project, with funding from UKRI and Research England and support from a wide range of HE sector partners. The project aimed to explore how a national service for due diligence in international research could deliver benefits for UK higher education institutions and partners overseas, responding to feedback from ARMA members that there must be a more efficient, equitable and robust way to understand and manage risk in international collaboration.
In this session we will present the findings and recommendations of the project, answer your questions and discuss next steps. The project report was released on April 6th and can be accessed from ‘Projects, publications and resources (open access)’ – ARMA. In the meantime, if you have not yet read the report, here’s a spoiler – ARMA members were right, there is indeed a better way.
