Ian Beggs is the European & International Funding Manager at the University of East Anglia in Norwich. Before joining UEA in 2014, Ian worked as an Assistant Director at NHS Blood & Tra in Watford. Before that he was Head of European & International Public Policy at Aviva in the City of London.
