Strengthening research governance at the Health Foundation

Ross Goldstone is driven by a desire to support high-quality evidence to inform decision-making in public policy. He is a Research Manager at the Health Foundation, where he primarily works on research, evaluation and analytical work aligned to radical innovation and improvement in healthcare. He has previously worked at NHS England and the Cabinet Office in research management roles as well as volunteering on a Health Research Authority Research Ethics Committee (REC).

Aji Ceesay is motivated to embed inclusive processes in research practices. She brings experience in managing research projects, conducting research, and coordinating diverse stakeholders. With a methodical and collaborative approach, Aji ensures high-quality outputs that drive impactful change while advancing integrity and accountability in healthcare and development research. Aji currently works as a Research Officer at the Health Foundation.
