Maria McPhillips is Challenge Programmes Director in the Research Services Directorate at the University of Glasgow, supporting the development of an institutional ecosystem that values collaboration across boundaries, leverages diverse forms of knowledge, and actively builds the conditions for scalable, sustainable and world-leading activities addressing complex research and societal challenges.
