Sapna Marwaha is founder of Formation Consultancy, advising governments, funders and universities on research governance, security, and culture. She has co-led initiatives including Complex Collaborations, Stronger Cooperation, Safer Collaboration and Reimagining Governance. Sapna also holds governance roles at Nuffield Council on Bioethics, Research Data Scotland and NHS Blood and Transplant.
