 “Taking the CRM qualification has been a real boost to my professional competence and confidence, enabling me to  support my faculty more effectively, and better understand the functions of different teams in LJMU.

Colleagues across the university have been really helpful in sharing their time and expertise, and I have been inspired to expand my network much further. It has also connected me to the wider RMA profession and reminded me that I find my work much more satisfying if I understand why I’m doing it and where I fit into the bigger picture.

The CRM certificate is a well-rounded foundation in all elements of research management and administration. It has helped me recognise a wide range of future opportunities in the profession.”
