ARMA Member Survey 2020

Dear ARMA Members,

As I mentioned at the AGM in June, I was keen that one of the first initiatives we should undertake is a survey, allowing you to tell us what you think of your ARMA membership. I think we’ve made some progress over the last few years, but it’s really important that your Board and the Executive Office remain connected with what you need from your membership association. 

We’ve chosen September to launch the survey as we are about to embark on creating our Strategic Plan for the next 3 years. What you tell us in the survey will directly influence the direction we take the Strategic Plan, so it’s really important that as many of our members tell us what they think!

The survey is just 28 quick questions, it is anonymous, and it will take you around 20 minutes to complete.

If you have already completed our Research Culture survey, thank you. The questions in this survey are, with one or two exceptions, completely different and focus on the benefits associated with ARMA membership.

If the surveymonkey format isn’t right for you, please get in touch with us at enquiries@arma.ac.uk and we’ll try to identify a solution together that allows you to have your say.
